23/24 Newbury Jumps Season – That’s A Wrap!

The 23/24 Newbury Jumps Season played host to incredible racehorses, from Shishkin and Protektorat to Edwardstone and Dashel Drasher.

Alongside the racehorses, we’ve also seen lots of legendary ex-racehorses attend Newbury to parade, including Altior, Native River, Bristol De Mai and Smad Place.

Your Leading Jumps Jockey at Newbury was Harry Cobden, who won 9 of his 53 rides. Paul Nicholls took the Leading Jumps Trainer title here this season by a narrow 10 wins to Nicky Henderson’s nine wins.

Throughout the season we’ve been able to visit lots of National Hunt yards and meet some top horses, trainers, and jockeys, as well as the fantastic stable staff who work so hard behind the scenes.

Thank you to everyone who has joined us at the racecourse over the last five months, we hope you’ve enjoyed the Jump season as much as we have.
