Our large team of experienced staff are dedicated to creating a loving home from home atmosphere here at Rocking Horse Nursery.

We place a great deal of emphasis on staff qualifications and skills and we support all our staff through work-based training. Our team’s qualifications range from level 2 to level 7 an early years teaching status.

We always encourage and facilitate additional learning for our staff wherever possible.

We believe that well trained staff are happy and motivated and our low staff turnover means consistent care for the babies and children entrusted to us.

All our staff are qualified first aiders, fully trained in safeguarding & protecting children and have Level 2 certifications in food safety.

Our focus on developing each child’s social and communication skills is at the heart of our team’s approach.
