The Racecourse – which boasts its own rail station – offers free on-site parking at all racedays.

The Racecourse is easily accessible by road on racedays and has two entrances on racedays.
The Racecourse offers free on-site parking to all racegoers at all racedays.
Those travelling from the East, West & North (via M4) should enter the Racecourse via Hambridge Road (RG14 7PN).
Those heading to the Racecourse from the South (via A339) should enter via Racecourse Road (RG14 7GL).
Once on-site, please follow the instructions and directions from our stewarding team who will be on hand to direct you to the appropriate car parks.
Regular bus services stop and depart from the Racecourse, with a bus stop located close to East Entrance.

Newbury Racecourse has its own rail station, one stop from Newbury Station with direct trains from London Paddington on major racedays.
Once arriving at Newbury Racecourse station, racegoers have a short walk (1-2 minutes) to the Racecourse and can enter via East Gate (all racedays) or North Gate (Denman) on larger racedays.
Newbury Station itself is a 10-15 minute walk from the Racecourse with taxis available.

Newbury Racecourse is easily accessible from the North, East and West via the M4, A4 and Hambridge Road – those attending from these directions should use the postcode RG14 7PN and follow the yellow and brown signage to the appropriate car parks.
Those driving to Newbury Racecourse from the South via A34, A339 and Racecourse Road should use the postcode RG14 7NZ.
Newbury Racecourse offers all racegoers free on-site parking.
Members and hospitality guests enjoy preferential parking.
If you’ve booked in the Racegoers’ Restaurant you should head for Car Park 4.
If you’re in any of our other hospitality spaces you’ll be able to park in Car Park 1 (on all weekend racedays and on selected Friday racedays) or Car Park 4 (on all racedays).
Gates typically open two hours before the day’s first race. For specific raceday timings please consult the individual raceday pages available via the fixture list page or by clicking here.
Car parks open 30 minutes before gates open on any raceday, unless early arrivals are booked directly with the Racecourse.
Car Parks 4 & 5 are open on all racedays and a good place to start.
Accessible parking is available at the front of Car Park 4.
If you have a Grandstand Enclosure ticket or are booked into our Racegoers’ Restaurant you should park in Car Park 4 or 5.
Members and hospitality guests receive preferential parking in Car Park 4.
Car Park 1 is open on Saturday racedays (and selected Friday racedays) – Members, those with Premier Enclosure tickets, and hospitality guests (excl. those in the Racegoers’ Restaurant) are able to park in Car Park 1.
Car Park 2 is reserved for owners, trainers, jockeys and officials.
Yes, vehicles can be parked for free on-site and left overnight.
Please note, the Racecourse cannot accept liability for any vehicles left on-site overnight.
The Racecourse operates a drop-off and pick-up point from adjacent to the Eastern Entrance so please head here if you’re being dropped off or collected.
Yes, Newbury Racecourse offers dedicated accessible parking.
All of our car parks have accessible parking spaces but we’d recommend racegoers requiring accessible parking head for Car Park 4 in the first instance.
Parking in Car Park 4 is on level tarmac with drop kerbs to the entry gates. Where parking may not be available in Car Park 4 we will endeavour to find the most suitable parking space, as close to the gates as possible.
Please note that Car Park 1, which is located in the Centre of the Course, is a grass parking surface.
No, unfortunately the Racecourse does not yet have capacity for electric vehicles to be charged as things stand, although we are hopeful to have these in place in the near future so please watch this space.

A taxi pick-up and drop-off point is available close to East Gate at all of our racedays.
