We’re lucky to be surrounded by beautiful countryside, it’s important we protect it.
Our conference and events venue boasts over 50 unique spaces and sits amongst 225 acres of beautiful land.
We’re privileged to live and work in some of Berkshire’s most beautiful countryside, so we respect and take responsibility for our environment and never take it for granted.
This also extends to playing our part to lead a more sustainable and environmentally-friendly business, wherever we can.Â
Our ‘Green Team’ works hard at implementing new initiatives and is always looking for new ways to lower our carbon footprint.
What we're currently doing:
- We use eco-friendly products
- We have solar panels across site
- We serve local and organic food
- We have a water recycling plan in place
- We use natural bio products across the Racecourse
- We support local charities by donating surplus food
- We have a dry mixed recycling scheme in place
- We are BREEAM approved on all new buildings

Yes, we only accept enquiries for 100 attendees or more for any non-race day events.

Yes, all our spaces are DDA compliant.
No, all our car parking is complimentary.
No, please get in contact for further information on the nearest charging points.
Please contact your event manager for your car park allocation. When you arrive, please follow the postcode RG14 5AW, the postcode on the racing section of the website will lead you to a council operated barrier that we are unable to open.
External caterers are not permitted, unless our in-house caterers cannot accommodate your catering requirements i.e. Asian Weddings.
