The big one’s back – the two-day Coral Gold Cup meeting gets underway on Friday 29th November with the Coral Long Distance Hurdle Day.
Kick off the festive season in style with a big day’s racing followed by an afterparty in our famous Coral marquee with a whole host of activation and entertainment available across the Racecourse on what’s always a memorable day.
We’ve been treated to thrilling race in the past – think Champ vs Paisley Park – and we’re expecting nothing different this year.

Newbury Racecourse is ideally situated and easily accessible, please see below for route recommendations.
By Rail
Newbury Racecourse has its own train station, which is just one stop from Newbury Station with regular connections from major stations across the region.
Once arriving at Newbury Racecourse station it’s simply a case of making the short walk (1-2 minutes) to the Racecourse.
By Road
The Racecourse is also easily accessible by road, with free on-site parking.
Those travelling by road from the east, west and north via the M4 should enter site via Hambridge Road (nearest postcode RG14 7PN) and those travelling from the south via the A339 should enter the course via Racecourse Road (nearest postcode RG14 7GL).
If travelling by road, please follow traffic marshal directions when arriving, who will be on hand to direct you to the appropriate car parks.

Newbury Racecourse is pleased to offer free on-site parking on racedays.
Car Parks 4 & 5 will be open and these will open 30 minutes before gates open, while vehicles can be left on-site overnight.
Those with a Premier Enclosure ticket will also be able to park in Car Park 1.
Newbury Racecourse Members receive preferential parking courtesy of their Membership.
A coach park – for minibuses and coaches – is also available and staff will be on hand to direct appropriate vehicles to this car park.

If you’re collecting your tickets on a raceday, these will be available to collect from East Gate from the time gates open.
The reprinting of misplaced tickets will also be available at the East Gate.
For those racegoers requiring ticket collection or ticketing reprinting services we ask that a booking reference number is at the ready to provide to staff.

Premier Enclosure
Racegoers are encouraged to wear smart attire in the Premier Enclosure and many racegoers choose to dress up for their day with us.
Smart shorts, smart denim jeans and trainers are all permitted.
We ask that denim isn’t ripped while fancy dress, football/sports team shirts and vests are not permitted in Premier Enclosure spaces.
Grandstand Enclosure
Newbury’s Grandstand Enclosure offers a more relaxed environment with non-offensive fancy dress welcome.
Please note, football/sports team shirts are not permitted.
Under 12s
No dress code applies to Under 12s in any of Newbury Racecourse’s spaces.
