Newbury Racecourse offer all racegoers the use of a free Wi-Fi service.
When on-site simply select ‘FREE WIFI’ and follow the instructions to start using the free service.
Britbet’s Raceday Ready App – designed to enhance your experience with us – will also be available for use once on-site at Newbury Racecourse – this can be accessed via QR codes across site and also from links within the Racecard.
Toilets
Toilets
Toilets are available on every floor of every stand while on bigger racedays additional temporary toilets will also be installed on-site.
Accessible toilets are also available in every stand.
Free Parking
Free Parking
Newbury Racecourse is pleased to offer free on-site parking on racedays.
Car Parks 4 & 5 are open on all racedays with Newbury Racecourse Members and hospitality guests receiving priority parking in these car parks.
All those attending Newbury Racecourse with a General Admission ticket or those wishing to purchase a General Admission ticket on a raceday itself should park in Car Parks 4 & 5.
Those parking in Car Parks 4 & 5 would then enter the Racecourse via East Gate.

Please note, Newbury Racecourse is a cashless site. Only the on-site bookmakers and the Tote will accept cash. Cash machines can be found on-site.

Baby changing facilities can be found in the following areas of the Racecourse:
- The Hampshire Stand, Ground Floor Female Toilets
- The Grandstand, Ground Floor Female Toilets
- The Berkshire Stand, Ground Floor Female Toilets
Left Luggage
Left Luggage
Racegoers are encouraged not to bring luggage unless in exceptional circumstances.
Any racegoers required to bring luggage are asked to reach out to our team ahead of the raceday via info@newburyracecourse.co.uk.

Britbet’s Raceday Ready App – designed to enhance your experience with us – will be available for use once on-site at Newbury Racecourse – this can be accessed via QR codes across site and also from links within the Racecard.
If you can’t wait, you can download from Google Play or the App Store, by just searching ‘Raceday Ready’.

Cloakroom
A cloakroom facility is available in the Berkshire Stand (at Reception) for those with Premier Enclosure tickets.
Unfortunately, there isn’t a cloakroom facility available within the Grandstand Enclosure.
First Aid
First Aid
The First Aid Centre is located next to the East Entrance in the Grandstand Enclosure. If you require urgent first aid please contact your nearest steward.

The taxi drop off and pick up point is located outside East Entrance.
On-Site Train Station
On-Site Train Station
Newbury Racecourse has its own rail station, one stop from Newbury Station with direct trains from London Paddington on major racedays.
Once arriving at Newbury Racecourse station, racegoers have a short walk (1-2 minutes) to the Racecourse and can enter via East Gate (all racedays) or North Gate (Denman) on larger racedays.

Challenge 25
The Racecourse operates a strict Challenge 25 policy.
If you appear to our staff to be under the age of 25 you will be asked to provide ID.
Please take a valid ID (Passport, photo driving licence or PASS card) to the Berkshire Stand Reception (or other Challenge 25 locations) to collect a wristband.
Please note, service might be refused to 18-25s without a wristband.
