Berkshire Stand Ground Floor
The Berkshire Stand’s ground floor offers a premium experience with modern, stylish facilities. Racegoers can also take advantage of the Beer & Banker value bar snacks, offering a range of tasty, affordable options. For coffee lovers, Costa Coffee is on hand to serve a selection of hot drinks, pastries, and light bites. Berkshire First First Floor – Paddock Bar and Long Room
On the second floor of the Berkshire Stand, the Paddock Bar and Long Room offer an elevated and premium experience, featuring modern facilities and panoramic views of both the parade ring and the track. Filly’s is Newbury Racecourse’s sparkling wine bar, presented in partnership with Chapel Down – one of England’s leading wine producers. With its own dedicated building and elegant terrace, Filly’s offers a modern and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxing with a glass of English fizz. Open throughout our flat racedays, the Stretch Tent is the ideal spot to relax between races. Complete with its own bar, it provides a laid-back setting while on larger racedays, the area comes alive with live music and nearby additional food concessions, creating a vibrant social hub. Racegoers can also take advantage of the value bar snacks, offering a range of tasty, affordable options. With plenty of picnic tables, it’s the perfect base for you and your party to settle in, enjoy your food, and take in the atmosphere of the day.
Grandstand - Ground Floor
The ground floor of the Dubai Duty Free Grandstand offers multiple bars and food outlets designed to keep you refreshed and comfortable throughout the day. The Knuckle Cracker Bar is a large service area offering a wide range of drinks. Racegoers can also take advantage of the value bar snacks, offering a range of tasty, affordable options, available from the Knucklecracker bar. For coffee lovers, Costa Coffee is on hand to serve a selection of hot drinks, pastries, and light bites. If you’re in the mood to celebrate, the Champagne Bar offers bubbly to add a touch of luxury to your day. If you’re after something simple, comforting, and delicious, our onsite Fish & Chips shop is the perfect stop. Conveniently located in the Grandstand Enclosure, just west of the Berkshire Stand, it serves all your traditional favourites –Â ideal for a quick bite between races or a satisfying meal to enjoy while soaking up the races.

Premier Plus - Sky Sports Racing Lounge
As part of the Premier Plus package, guests enjoy exclusive access to the Sky Sports Racing Lounge, featuring a private bar and dedicated table service for food. Premier Plus ticket holders can relax in their reserved, course‑facing seats and conveniently order food directly to their table, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable raceday experience.
Top Tier
Our Top Tier package provides a private space with access to a bar and food reserved solely for Top Tire Guests to purchase. The area offers panoramic views from its elevated position above the final furlong, along with an exclusive balcony terrace for excellent trackside viewing. Live music features at intervals throughout the day, adding to the atmosphere as guests follow the racing.
Hampshire Members’ Club
Located within the Hampshire Stand, this space provides Members with a modern and well‑appointed private space for the day. The area includes a private bar and food options, with convenient access to the finishing post viewing area just a short walk away. It offers a practical and comfortable environment for Members throughout their raceday.
Members Carnarvon LoungeÂ
Positioned on the first floor of the Berkshire Stand, the Members’ Carnarvon Lounge is a course‑facing space designed for comfort and ease. With trackside views, a private bar, and food available exclusively to Members, it serves as a suitable base for spending the day while remaining close to the action.
Hennessy Restaurant
The Hennessy Restaurant offers one of the most distinguished dining experiences on course, combining fine food with exceptional views. Situated high above the finishing line, the restaurant provides a panoramic vantage point, allowing guests to follow the action in comfort while enjoying a three course a la carte dining experience. Â
Lounge 303
Lounge 303 is a space like no other at the Racecourse. Promising an informal club experience, Lounge 303 – and its balcony – offer stunning views of the final straight and the finish line. Enjoy a two-course bowl food meu and access to a private bar as well as insight from our tipster – all from the most intimate and refined of surrounds.
1905 Booths
Your very own 1905 Booth is the perfect upgrade on a raceday, offering an informal but exclusive space for groups of six or eight. Take your pick of drinks package and enjoy an antipasti selection with breadsticks and dips before the live action gets underway, with access to a bar and betting facilities. This unique space offers views of the Parade Ring with easy access to a view of the finishing post.
Racegoers' Restaurant
Our popular Racegoers’ Restaurant boasts stunning, scarcely-believable panoramic views from a setting high above the final furlong. Savour a three-course Chef’s table buffet while hearing from our resident tipster ahead of racing. Make use of the Racegoers’ exclusive viewing balcony terrace offering the best outdoor view of the racing action anywhere on the Racecourse.

Can I bring a picnic if I’m in a specific enclosure?
No, picnics are not permitted in any area of Newbury Racecourse. A wide range of food and drink options are available across the Racecourse for you to enjoy on the day.
Is drinking water available?
Yes, free drinking water is available at bars across the Racecourse. You are also welcome to bring a sealed water bottle under 500ml with you.
What time do food and drink outlets open?
Closing times vary by enclosure. In the Grandstand, food and drink outlets close at the time of the last race. In the Premier enclosure, they remain open for approximately 30 minutes after the final race.
Do you have a good range of ‘No and Low’ drinks?
Yes. We have a range of beers, wines and ciders available at all bars with our specialist ‘Bar None’ outlet in the Hampshire Stand (Premier Enclosure) having a more extensive range including spirits. In the Grandstand enclosure we have ‘Bar None lite’Â on the ground floor which also has a selection of 0.0 spirits along with wines, beers, ciders and soda’s.
Do you cater for children?
Yes, most of our food outlets will offer children portions at reduced rates, and there is a good selection of child suitable options throughout the venue.
Can I bring my own food and drink into Newbury Racecourse?
Racegoers are not permitted to bring their own food or drink into the Racecourse. However, a wide range of food and drink options are available on-site to suit all tastes and budgets.
What food options are available on the day?
Newbury Racecourse offers a variety of food outlets across the venue, including street food, classic raceday favourites, and quick bites. Menus vary by raceday, but you can typically expect everything from burgers and pizzas to lighter options and sweet treats.
Are there vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options available?
Yes, we cater to a range of dietary requirements. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available at selected vendors throughout the Racecourse.
How do I book a Restaurant or hospitality experience at Newbury Racecourse?
All restaurant and hospitality experiences can be booked in advance online or through our Hospitality team. While a limited number of spaces may occasionally be available on the day, this cannot be guaranteed.
We strongly recommend pre-booking, particularly for popular racedays, to secure your preferred hospitality experience. To enquire or make a reservation, please visit the raceday page and book online or contact our Hospitality team, who will be happy to guide you through the available options.
Is there table service or is it all self-service?
This depends on your ticket type. Food outlets within Premier and Grandstand areas are typically self-service, while our enhanced packages — Premier Plus and Top Tier — include table service for food. All hospitality and restaurant experiences also offer full table service as part of the package.
Do you accept cash at bars and food outlets?
No, Newbury Racecourse is a cashless venue and does not accept cash payments. All bars and food outlets operate via card and contactless payment only.
