Introducing OLBG – Newbury’s Owners’ Club Partner
OLBG is a key partner of Newbury Racecourse as you may have noticed through the OLBG Owners Club.
You may be wondering who OLBG are and what they are up to. We caught up with their Chief Executive Richard Moffat to explain all…
What is OLBG?
Online Betting Guide was set up in 2002 to do exactly that; provide a guide for people betting online. It developed into a community of sports bettors, some looking for tips and advice, others offering it.
The biggest appeal for many is the free-to-enter tipster competitions. We have given away over £1 million in prize money so far. So if you know horse racing, you may want to give it a go. If you aren’t, you can take a look at what our top tipsters are saying and use their knowledge to help you find a winner or two. Follow the button below to find out more.

Why the OLBG Owners’ Club?
We started a yard sponsorship with local trainer Harry Derham and to support his team further we set up a racing club. The OLBG Owners Club at Newbury seemed the perfect match.
A Racing Club? Tell us more!
We are building a really friendly community of National Hunt fans who want to support the Harry Derham Racing team on their journey to the top.
To help them on their way and to expand on our yard sponsorship, we have set up a racing club and invested over £300,000 in horses to get the club up and running. It’s just £30 a month to follow three horses in training. If you want to try it out you can cancel at any time. To learn more about the OLBG Racing Club, follow the button below.

What else are OLBG up to?
Other complimentary partnerships include sponsoring Bloodstock agent Ed Bailey. Ed is looking after our filly foal (Golden Horn x Put The Kettle On) who is also part of the club – our members are enjoying learning about the breeding and commercial side of the industry whilst watching our “Polly” develop. Exciting times ahead.
