Newbury Racecourse Members don’t just get free access to Newbury.
Members can enjoy free racedays at more than 15 other racecourses – think Ascot, Cheltenham, Epsom and Goodwood.
On selected racedays all Newbury Members need to do is show their Membership Card to gain free access to these other racecourses.
If that wasn’t enough, Members can also enjoy free access to other selected sporting events and venues.

food & drink discounts
Newbury Racecourse enjoy a 15% discount on food & drink purchased on racedays.
This discount is available across the Racecourse as well as within Members’ areas.
Please note, this discount is not available at concession units and in hospitality spaces.
DISCOUNTED TICKETS
Newbury Members are entitled to a 20% discount on up to six tickets to each and every raceday.
This discount is available on top of the savings available for booking early so the earlier any additional tickets are booked, the bigger the saving.
And to ensure Members get access to the lowest-priced tickets for any friends or family raceday tickets always go on sale to Members first, before the general public.
member events
It’s more than just racedays at Newbury.
Newbury Racecourse Members receive invitations to exclusive Members’ events.
These events – hosted specially just for Members – include visits to local yards, coffee mornings, course walks and more.
While all Members are able to attend these events, Full Members always get priority.
free vouchers & passes
Newbury Members receive an allocation of free Members’ Guest and Racecard vouchers in their Members’ Pack each year.
Members’ Guest vouchers allow Members to bring a guest to the Racecourse – and into exclusive Members’ spaces – for free.
Racecard vouchers entitle Members to claim a free racecard so they’re up to speed with all the latest insight and information.
All Members receive vouchers with Full Membership unlocking the most generous allocation.
Exclusive spaces
The Racecourse boasts two exclusive Member-only spaces.
These facilities – in the Berkshire Stand and Hampshire Stand – provide the perfect setting for Members to mingle and enjoy the racing action.
To access these spaces on a raceday please just display your Members’ badge.
RESERVED PARKING
While the Racecourse has its very own train station a lot of our Members choose to make their journey by car.
With this in mind we reserve some of our very best parking spaces for Members on racedays.
To ensure our Members are able to make the most of this preferential parking allocation we ask them to arrive as early as is possible with our stewarding team on hand to provide direction to the best spaces.
DISCOUNTED HOSPITALITY
There are few better ways to spend a raceday at Newbury than from the comfort of the exclusive Members’ areas.
However, on special occasions, Members do sometimes opt to enjoy a hospitality experience in one of the Racecourse’s restaurants.
And to ensure Members have opportunity to do so a Membership unlocks discounted hospitality opportunities on all weekday racedays.

There are a range of Memberships on offer at Newbury, both for Adults and Young Persons.
Adult Memberships:
- Full – access to every raceday, all year long
- Flat – access to all of Newbury’s flat racing
- Jump – access to all of Newbury’s jump racing
- Weekender – access to all of Newbury’s weekend racing
Young Persons’ Memberships:
- 18-24 – access to every raceday, all year long for those aged 18 to 24
- 25-29 – access to every raceday, all year long for those aged 25 to 29

All Memberships are available at an Early Bird price which offers a £20 discount.
However, this discount is only available for a limited time and for those renewing or joining as Members early.
We also offer Dual Memberships which entitle two Members residing at the same address to a discount.
Our Dual Memberships are available for two Members residing at the same address.
A Dual Membership offers both Members the exact same benefits as if they’d joined separately but just at a discounted price.
Our Dual Memberships are available on all Adult Membership types – Full, Flat, Jumps and Weekender.
All Memberships at Newbury offer great value for racing fans.
However, our Full Membership – which entitles access to all racedays – offers the best value.
Yes, we offer Memberships for those aged 18-24 and those aged 25-29.
These offer the same rights as a Full Membership but at a lower price.
Memberships are likely to go on sale in August/September for the following year.
By signing up to our mailing list you’ll be at the front of the queue when Memberships are released for the following year.

We don’t offer Memberships for those aged under 18 as it stands.
However, U18s go free to all racedays at Newbury (excl. the two music racedays in July and August).

You’ll receive your very own Members’ pack.
Within this you’ll find a welcome letter, a fixture list, your Members’ card which will grant you access to the Racecourse, your metal Members’ swing badge which will grant you access to your exclusive Members’ facilities and vouchers to bring friends and family for free as well as vouchers for free racecards.
All Members should receive their pack at least two weeks before the first raceday they’re entitled to attend.

As part of your Members’ Pack you’ll receive some vouchers which can be redeemed for a free ticket for a friend or family member.
The number of vouchers you’ll receive will depend on your Membership type, with Full Members receiving the most.
As a Member you’re also entitled to a 20% discount on up to six tickets for every raceday.
Each Member will receive a number of vouchers to bring a guest to the Racecourse for free.
The number of vouchers you will receive depends on the type of Membership you have with Full Members receiving the most.
These vouchers can then be exchanged on raceday for a free ticket and a Members’ Guest swing badge.
This Members’ Guest swing badge will allow your guest to enter your exclusive Members’ Areas during the raceday.
To exchange a voucher on a raceday please head to the East Entrance – we ask that you’ve completed the back of the voucher (with your guest’s details) before arriving at the Racecourse.
Please note, there are a number of racedays throughout the year at which vouchers can’t be redeemed – these racedays are detailed on the vouchers themselves.
As a Member you’re entitled to a 20% discount on up to six tickets for each raceday.
What’s more, this discount is available on top of the discount for purchasing early so you can make some really big savings by booking these discounted tickets early.
You can book online – once you log into your account and add tickets to your basket the 20% discount should be applied automatically.
Alternatively, you can call us on 01635 40015 and we can process the discounted booking for you.
Yes, those guests attending with you courtesy of your free guest vouchers will be given a swing badge which will grant them admission to the Members’ suites on the day they attend.
Please note, these free guest vouchers are unable to be used on the below racedays:
- Lockinge with Ladies Day
- Weatherbys Super Sprint Day
- BetVictor Hungerford Day
- Coral Gold Cup Day
Yes, our Memberships can be purchased as a gift. To do so it’s best to call us on 01635 40015 and we can set up everything in the name of the gift recipient.
