We are roughly 16 miles from Andover, a straight run along the A343 that takes about 30 minutes by car. There are 3,700 free parking spaces on site, so no one spends the first ten minutes of your event circling for a space. We sit close to both the M4 and the M3, we have our own railway station with direct services to Reading and London Paddington, and Heathrow and Southampton airports are each within an hour.

Our site covers 225 acres, and what sits on it ranges from a breakout room for ten people to outdoor ground with capacity for 24,000.
The Owners’ Club is our newest space, with floor to ceiling windows, bi-fold doors and a terrace overlooking the famous Parade Ring. It works well for conferences, award ceremonies and dinners, and it holds 240 theatre style or 250 for a standing reception. The Grandstand ground floor takes up to 1,000 guests and suits exhibitions and larger conferences. The Berkshire and Hampshire Stands are a better fit for meetings, private dining and evenings that call for something quieter.
We host conferences, tradeshows, corporate away days, team building, Christmas parties, milestone celebrations, Asian weddings and location filming. If you are planning something we have not listed, ask us anyway.
What Our Team Takes Care of
Catering is handled in-house, and we will work directly with your AV suppliers rather than leaving you to coordinate between us. Our events team stays with your booking from the first conversation to the day itself, covering layout, timings, dietary requirements and everything in between. It is a small thing, but it means one point of contact instead of five.

The Lodge is our 36-bedroom hotel, a two minute walk from the platform and a short stroll from the event spaces. Organisers and delegates book at a preferential rate, which removes the taxi run at the end of a long day. There is a bar and kitchen on site for anyone who wants to carry on the conversation.
