At Newbury Racecourse, we offer meeting room hire in Berkshire for groups of 8 to 60 delegates. Every room comes with built-in AV, high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning, and you get free parking, our own railway station and a 36-bedroom hotel just a short walk away. Most of our rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows looking out over 225 acres of grounds, which makes a long day of meetings a lot easier on everyone.
Meeting rooms for 8 to 60 delegates
Our meeting spaces sit across four buildings, so we can give you a main room plus separate areas for workshops, seminars and breakout sessions. Boardroom layouts suit 8 to 16 people, while classroom and theatre layouts seat up to 60.
For smaller groups, Native River in our Owners’ Club seats 12 around a boardroom table and holds up to 20 in total. If your numbers grow, the Owners’ Club itself takes up to 240 theatre style.

Catering for your meeting
Our in-house team plans menus around your timings and any dietary needs. Choose from breakfast buffets and coffee breaks through to sandwich platters and three-course hot lunches. When the group needs some fresh air, our private terraces and the Horseshoe Lawn work well as outdoor breakout spaces.

How Do Delegates Get to Newbury Racecourse?
We are one of the easiest meeting venues in Berkshire to reach. Newbury Racecourse has its own station on site, with direct trains to Reading and London Paddington, and we are close to the M4 and A34. Heathrow is within an hour's drive.
If you are driving, please use the postcode RG14 5AW for our event buildings. There are no EV charging points on site, but our team can point you to stations nearby.
Are your spaces accessible?
Yes, all meeting rooms at Newbury Racecourse are easily accessible. The venue is DDA compliant, and each building offers step-free access, lifts and accessible restrooms for guests and delegates.
Located just a short walk from the on-site train station, our site is designed for convenient access whether you’re arriving from London, Oxford or the South Coast. Clear signage and our Events team’s on-site support ensure every visitor feels welcome and comfortable.
Is there a charge for the car park?
No, we provide ample parking free of charge for all delegates and visitors using our meeting rooms. Each car park is located close to the main event buildings, making it easy to unload materials or arrive directly at your designated suite.
Your event manager will share clear directions ahead of your booking to ensure a smooth arrival. Complimentary parking is one of the reasons our venue is considered an ideal choice for conferences, seminars and workshops in Berkshire.
Do you have any electric charging points at the venue?
Currently, there are no electric charging points directly on-site. However, our Events team can guide you to the nearest local charging stations within a short drive of the racecourse.

Which car park should I use for my corporate event?
Your designated car park depends on the meeting room or building you have booked. Your event manager will confirm your allocation and send detailed instructions before your arrival.
When using satellite navigation, please enter the postcode RG14 5AW for direct access to the correct car park. The postcode shown on the racing section of our site leads to a council-operated barrier that we cannot open.
Can I bring my own caterer?
External caterers are not permitted unless our in-house catering team is unable to accommodate your needs, such as for large-scale celebrations or Asian weddings.
Our chefs provide a wide range of catering options, from hot lunches to coffee breaks, which can be scheduled around your meeting agenda. Each menu is designed to suit the timing, guest count and flow of your corporate event or training day.
