Owner Ticketing Privileges
Owners, or their representatives, can request in advance up to six Owners’ badges or 10 for dual owners or syndicates.Â
Please register via the PASS system no later than 4pm on the day before racing.Â
Advance booking via the PASS System will enable us to ensure appropriate facilities and arrangements are in place. However, badges may be collected on the day if booking in advance is not possible.Â
Please note advance booking and badge collection on the day can only be done by the owner. Bookings will not be accepted by third parties on an owner’s behalf.

Restaurant Booking
We offer up to six complimentary dining vouchers per horse and up to ten for dual owners or syndicates to enjoy a two course buffet lunch in our dedicated restaurant in the OLBG Owners’ Club.
We encourage you to book a table in advance should you wish to eat at a specific time. You can do this by contacting Claire Ricketts via the form below or calling 07768 982626.Â
Please note, we cannot guarantee the table for the day and should an owner not arrive within 15 minutes of a booking the table may have to be let go.
On The Day
Travel & Car Parking
Reserved parking is provided for Owners & Trainers in Car Park 2 with no car park pass required.
Please follow directional signage and stewards on the day while using the postcode RG14 7NZ.
Accessible parking for blue badge holders is available in Car Park 2 and we advise calling in advance to reserve a space.
Newbury Racecourse has its very own train station.Â
Once arriving at Newbury Racecourse station, you will have a short walk (1-2 minutes) to the OLBG Owners Club. View links to travel guidance below.
Facilities
Owners and trainers have exclusive access to the OLBG Owners’ Club, with a dedicated bar, restaurant and outside terrace.Â
There’s also reserved space on the trackside steppings of both the Berkshire and Hampshire Stands.
Access to the Pre-parade, parade rings and winners’ enclosure is available for owners with runners.
Winning & Placed Connections
A winning memento has kindly been provided for every race, and there will be formal presentations from the Winners’ Enclosure.Â
Connections of the winning horse will be welcomed into the Winners’ Enclosure for their horse’s return before being invited to watch a race replay and enjoy a celebratory glass of champagne in the Royal Box.Â
Placed connections – numbers allowing – will be invited to enjoy a glass of champagne or offered a voucher for a drink to redeem at the bar in the OLBG Owners’ Club.
For trophy collections on a raceday, please advise a member of Racecourse staff before the last race and we will be able to advise you of our procedure for perpetual trophies.

What To Wear
Newbury Racecourse is keen all racegoers feel comfortable during their visit.
Please see below for dress recommendations:
Premier Enclosure
Racegoers are encouraged to wear smart attire in the Premier Enclosure and many racegoers choose to dress up for their day with us.
Smart shorts, smart denim jeans and trainers are all permitted.
We ask that denim isn’t ripped while fancy dress, football/sports team shirts and vests are not permitted in Premier Enclosure spaces.
Grandstand Enclosure
Newbury’s Grandstand Enclosure offers a more relaxed environment with non-offensive fancy dress welcome. Please note, football/sports team shirts are not permitted.
Under 12s
No dress code applies to Under 12s in any of Newbury Racecourse’s spaces.
