Fans have been snapping up tickets and hospitality to see Tom Jones headline Weatherbys Super Sprint Day at Newbury Racecourse, with Premier Enclosure tickets now limited and all hospitality packages sold out.
Currently on a summer tour visiting some of the country’s most iconic outdoor venues, including Hampton Court Palace and Greenwich Naval College, Sir Tom’s powerful live show has been garnering rave reviews across the board. Showcasing tracks from his glittering career such as ‘Sex Bomb’, ‘What’s New Pussycat’ and ‘It’s Not Unusual’, the tour finally arrives at Newbury Racecourse next week, Saturday 22nd July.
Fans across the region have been snapping up tickets in their thousands to witness one of the UK’s remaining musical greats still performing live doing what he does best. With one ticket giving you access to seven thrilling races plus a full headline concert, there’s no better way to spend a warm summer’s afternoon and evening.
Sir Tom’s headline show marks the first of a duo of live concerts heading to Newbury Racecourse this summer. Pop superstar and crowd favourite Olly Murs is raring to return to the racecourse to entertain fans attending the BetVictor Hungerford Day on Saturday 19th August.
Speaking ahead of the August show, Olly Murs said:
Honestly, I genuinely tell so many people who haven’t been to a music night at a racecourse before that they have to go and do it. It’s a lovely day out with friends and family – you get to watch racing, enjoy some good food and drink and then you get to watch an act at the end of it. It’s just brilliant fun!’
