Newbury offers money back on tickets for Irish Night on June 23 if the Republic of Ireland beat Italy in Euro 2016

Newbury Racecourse announced today the launch of a limited ‘Euro 2016 Offer’, giving customers who book tickets for Pump Technology Irish Night Live on Thursday, June 23, the opportunity to have the cost of those tickets refunded should the Republic of Ireland beat Italy in their Euro 2016 encounter on Wednesday, June 22. The offer applies to both Premier Enclosure and Grandstand Enclosure tickets bought online using the Euro 2016 offer.

Outlining the thinking behind this initiative, Newbury’s Head of Communications, Andy Clifton, said: “Irish Night is always a popular event and we thought it would be fun to offer Republic of Ireland fans the chance to enjoy it for free should their team beat Italy in Euro 2016 the night before. If that does happen, Ireland fans can continue their celebrations at Newbury Racecourse at our expense!”

Tickets can be bought by selecting the ‘Euro 2016 Money Back Offer’ package on the Pump Technology Irish Night Live page on the Newbury Racecourse website. They must be purchased by 8.00pm on Wednesday, June 22. The offer does not apply to tickets already bought or ‘bumper’, restaurant or hospitality packages.

Pump Technology Irish Night Live is the first in Newbury’s ‘Thursday Nights Live Series’ at which live music from the BibleCode Sundays will round the evening off after racing. On the remaining Thursday Nights Live, Scott Mills will play a DJ set after racing on June 30, Motown Live takes place on July 7 and Newbury Night Live rounds off the series on July 21.

Tickets are available at http://newburyracecourse.co.uk/raceday/pump-technology-irish-night/ or by calling 01635 40015 during office hours.
