Members Enjoyed Coffee Morning & Course Walk With George Hill
The first of our new programme of exclusive Member-only events took place on Wednesday 18th October, where over 75 members were invited to the racecourse for complimentary tea, coffee and pastries.
After getting the chance to socialise with other members, a course walk was enjoyed with our new Clerk of the Course, George Hill.
Members who attended the event said –
“Just returned from event, thoroughly enjoyed the walk and talk from George, despite the wind and rain!”
“Thank you for arranging this lovely event. I managed to catch up with some West Berkshire Racing Club friends who are also Newbury Racecourse members. George also gave some very interesting insight into the role of Clerk of the Course.”
