Newbury Welcomes Return of Horseracing to Berkshire with Three-Day Restart Fixture

Monday 8 June – A finalised order of running, as well as sponsorship details for this week’s three-day restart fixture, has been announced today by Newbury Racecourse.

Newbury will host a season-opening three-day meeting, beginning on Thursday 11 June with an afternoon fixture shown on Racing TV, followed by an evening meeting on Friday 12 June which will be broadcast on ITV4, with coverage including the Group 1 Irish 2,000 Guineas from the Curragh and concluding with an afternoon meeting on Saturday 13 June which will also be covered by ITV4 and will include the transferred Group 3 Diomed Stakes from Epsom, plus Listed contests; the Maggie Dickson from Musselburgh and Newbury’s own Abingdon Stakes.  

Thanks to MansionBet who take title sponsorship across all three days, along with the European Breeders Fund (EBF) who have contributed to additional prizemoney.
