Newbury’s 2025 Hospitality On Sale With Prices Frozen For Limited Time
Book a 2025 hospitality experience before Friday 13th December to make the most of a price freeze
Newbury Racecourse is gearing up for an exciting 2025 following the recent announcement of 2025’s fixtures. With 31 race days to look forward to, eleven of which are Premier fixtures, the Berkshire track has today released a range of hospitality packages and experiences for next year’s action.
Hospitality for all fixtures, excluding the Racecourse’s summer music racedays, are now on sale with all prices frozen until Friday 13th December. Packages in the recently refurbished Hennessy Restaurant, offering exquisite fine dining and scarcely-believable views from an impressive vantage point high above the finish line, are available from just £99 in 2025.
Newbury Racecourse Members are able to enjoy all the The Hennessy Restaurant has to offer for a discounted price £85, just one of a host of benefits Members have access to at the Racecourse. Membership at Newbury Racecourse enables racegoers to make the most of everything on offer in 2025 with benefits including: admission to exclusive Members’ facilities, discounted food & drink on race days, invitations to exclusive, free-to-attend Members’ Events hosted at the Racecourse, complimentary admission to a number of other racecourses and sporting venues throughout the year, complimentary vouchers for friends and family and much more. 2025 Memberships will be released for sale in mid-September.
Further hospitality on offer includes the within the Racegoers’ Restaurant. The popular restaurant – which has also undergone a recent cosmetic refurbishment – is located within the Dubai Duty Free Grandstand and is available to book from £104 per person. An ideal location for celebrations, informal work days out or family occasions, packages include a private reserved table for the day, a three course chef’s table buffet and a tipster talk before racing from an expert talking diners through the runners of the day. Like in the Hennessy Restaurant, Members are able to enjoy the Racegoers’ Restaurant offering for a discounted price of £79 per person.
Private boxes, located in Racecourse’s unmistakable Berkshire Stand, all benefit from private balconies and dedicated staff. Box packages are on sale online for the first time in 2025 with prices starting from £165 per person. Included in this price is your own private hospitality suite, a premier enclosure ticket, two course lunch, official race card and a tipster to talk you through the day’s racing.
A new addition to the hospitality offering at Newbury Racecourse is Lounge 303, an exclusive space on the third floor of the Berkshire Stand. Formerly housing the Royal Box, the area offers a VIP but informal club experience – with fantastic views of the final straight and finish line – from £115 per person or £85 per person for Members. Included in the offering is a two-course bowl food option, a private bar facility, car park pass and racing expert to talk guests through the card.
For a more informal option, racegoers have the option of booking the 1905 Booths, located on the first floor of the Hampshire Stand. The reserved area – suitable for 6-8 people – are available from £75 per person, offering views of the parade ring and a one course self-serve lunch, pre-selected drinks package, race card and table service throughout the day.
Aside from hospitality, those keen to secure the lowest-priced tickets for 2025’s action can do so by registering for priority ticket access, for free. Registering guarantees access to Newbury’s Super Early Bird tickets – which were introduced in 2024 – and in turn guarantee the lowest price – simply visit www.newburyracecourse.co.uk/priority to register.
Super Early Bird tickets will be released for priority sale on Wednesday 6th November, with the general sale following later in November. Previous attendees to Newbury Racecourse will be granted automatic access to this priority sale to ensure they’re in the best position to secure the lowest-priced tickets for the racedays they’d like to attend in 2025.
