Two Years On From Brilliant Baaeed’s Lockinge Win

Having won 10 of his 11 races, including six Group 1 victories, Baaeed is one of the most successful racehorses of the 21st century.

With an official rating of 135, he is the best rated horse in Europe since Frankel, having defeated the winners of 44 Group 1 races during his racing career.

A couple of weeks ago, we visited Carisbrooke Stud to meet a very special foal – a beautiful filly from Baaeed’s first crop.

Carisbrooke Stud seemed very happy with the filly’s temperament and physical appearance:

“She’s very strong physically. Temperament wise, she’s also really sweet. He’s definitely a stallion we’d be looking to use again in the future.”
