This private outdoor space, located adjacent from the Owners Club has great views of the big screen, meaning you have the option to enjoy each race from the comfort of your seat and await the winners who will stride back to the parade ring within metres of your seat.
This spectacular picket fenced space is perfect on a sunny afternoon. The proximity to betting facilities and short walk to the live action in front of the grandstand all adds up to the idyllic facility for a true racing enthusiast. Umbrella’s are only in use should weather conditions fit.

How many hospitality suites and restaurants does the Racecourse have?
The Racecourse has seven different hospitality spaces available for racegoers to enjoy.
The nature of the raceday will determine how many of these are open and available to book.

Whereabouts are the Racecourse’s hospitality suites located?
The majority of the Racecourse’s hospitality spaces are located within the Premier Enclosure (Berkshire Stand & Hampshire Stand):
- The Hennessy Restaurant – Hampshire Stand
- Private Boxes – Berkshire Stand
- The Racegoers’ Restaurant – The Dubai Duty Free Grandstand
- Lounge 303 – Berkshire Stand
- Berkshire Premier Club – Berkshire Stand
- 1905 Booths – Berkshire Stand
- Parade Ring Lawn – Owners’ and Trainers’ Lawn
What time can I access a hospitality suite or restaurant from on a raceday?
Our hospitality spaces open at the same time as gates – which is typically two hours before the day’s first race.
Where can I park and is it free?
Newbury Racecourse offers all racegoers free on-site parking.
Hospitality guests enjoy preferential parking.
If you’ve booked in the Racegoers’ Restaurant you should head for Car Park 4b.
If you’re in any of our other hospitality spaces you’ll be able to park in Car Park 1 (on all weekend racedays and on selected Friday racedays) or Car Park 4b (on all racedays).
Can I leave my car on-site overnight?
Yes, vehicles can be parked for free on-site and left overnight.
Please note, the Racecourse cannot accept liability for any vehicles left on-site overnight.
Do you offer accessible parking?
Yes, Newbury Racecourse offers dedicated accessible parking and this is available at the front of Car Park 4.
Please advise our stewarding team on arrival should you require accessible parking and please display any appropriate documentation (e.g. blue badge).
What time is lunch/food served?
Food service times vary slightly but typically food will start to be served around 90 minutes before the start of the first race.
Can I place a bet in the hospitality suites?
Yes, all our hospitality suites have easy access to Tote booths and kiosks while the free Wi-Fi available in all of our hospitality areas means betting on your mobile device is easy.
Is cash accepted in the hospitality areas?
Newbury Racecourse’s hospitality spaces are cashless. However, the Tote booths and kiosks do accept cash.
Can I pre-order drinks?
Yes, drinks can be pre-ordered online (via the pre-event email the booker will receive). Pre-ordering unlocks a discount too.
Do you offer all-inclusive drinks packages?
Yes, we can offer all-inclusive drinks packages in all of our hospitality spaces. Should you wish to enquire about adding a drinks package please email hospitality@newburyracecourse.co.uk.
Can I request a table by the window?
Should you wish to request a table by the window please email hospitality@newburyracecourse.co.uk. While we cannot guarantee these requests we will endeavour to accommodate wherever possible.
Are children allowed in the Racecourse’s hospitality areas?
Yes, children are allowed in all of the Racecourse’s hospitality areas and discounted rates are offered too.
Is there a difference between the full hospitality package and the badge holder hospitality packages?
Yes, the badge holder package is available as an upgrade for those who have purchased a general admission ticket for a raceday or for those with a Newbury Racecourse Membership.
Can I purchase a racecard in the hospitality areas?
There’s no need – racecards are provided free of charge in our hospitality areas.
There’s a concert after racing on the day I’m attending, what time will the music start?
The music will typically start around 30 minutes after the last race.
