02. New Road Layouts
The Stroud Green junction has been significantly improved to highways standard, with clearer pedestrian access and better accessibility.  Further highway upgrades have been carried out along the estate road which runs along the west and north sides of the racecourse.  The entrance to the centre of the course car park has been significantly upgraded.

03. Centre Course Car Park
This new car park  offers 1000 spaces, it has a dedicated entrance into the Premier Enclosure and Members of the racecourse.

04. Western Area Housing
140 terraced and detached houses including affordable housing have been built in this area, the marketing suite and show home is open. Work is nearing completion on the 100 private apartments overlooking the top bend of the racetrack. Work on 16 large executive homes looking down the back straight is progressing.

05. Stable Refurbishment
The aim was create one of the best stable facilities for racing professionals in the country.  This operation included building repairs, drainage, tarmac, improved mess room and showers as well as horsebox park upgrades.
