The first and second floors benefit from an external terrace with amazing views of the racecourse and can be used as a relaxing area for all delegates. Clients can take advantage of exclusive hire of this gargantuan stand alone structure. The digital display panel is available to welcome all delegates, providing a great entrance for any event. A unqiue feature to this building is the capabilites to have vehicles on the ground floor via our vehicle access doors, perfect if you are looking for car launches or showcases.

In addition to the internal spaces, the outside space opposite the Grandstand can be used for any team building activity in conjunction with any event.

We understand the needs of the modern traveller and with large volumes of delegates using these spaces. Our award-winning catering team with established members of staff are always exploring new and creative offerings for all clients, nationally and internationally, whether incorporating it in our Day Delegate Rate packages or standalone bespoke options.

…because we are ‘more than just a racecourse’.
