Cashless Site

We are largely a cashless site for tickets, food and beverage and racecards. On course bookmakers and Tote operators will accept cash. We have a limited number of cash machines located on the ground floor of the DDF Grandstand, but we would always encourage you to bring cash along with you on the day as well as a payment card.

Baby Changing

Baby changing facilities can be found in the following areas of the racecourse:

  • The Hampshire stand Ground Floor Ladies
  • The Grandstand Ground Floor Ladies (entrance nearest The Berkshire stand)
  • The Berkshire stand Ground Floor Ladies

Toilets

Toilets are located on each floor of the stands

Cloakroom & Left Luggage

Coats can be left free of charge at the Berkshire Stand reception. Racegoers are encouraged not to bring luggage unless there are exceptional circumstances.

Challenge 25

If you appear to our staff to be under age of 25 you will be challenged – to avoid this please take valid ID (valid passport, photo driving licence or PASS card) to either the Berkshire Stand Reception, Copper King Bar or The Many Clouds Bar.

Please note that service will be refused to 18-25s without a wristband.

First Aid

The First Aid Centre is located next to the East Entrance in the Grandstand Enclosure. If you require urgent first aid please contact your nearest steward.

Lost/Found Children

If you have either lost or found a child, please contact your nearest steward.

Information can be found at the Berkshire Stand Reception (ground floor).

Taxis

The taxi drop off and pick up point is located outside East Entrance.

Mobile Phone Reception

On very busy race days mobile reception can be difficult due to the number of handsets on site; we do advise racegoers to arrange a meeting point and time in the event of losing each other.
